Defined:  The definition of commonality is having something in common.  When you and your cousin both have blond hair, this is an example of a commonality.  NOUN

Part of building a better active vocabulary is noticing when a single word can be substituted for a phrase.  “Their blonde hair was a commonality” instead of “They had blonde hair in common”.
